Warranty Policy

Ark Fans is dedicated to providing our customers with high-quality electric items. We stand behind our products and want you to be happy with your purchase. As a result, we provide a one-year warranty on all of our electric items’ motors and windings.

For two years from the date of purchase, our warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use and service. If your electric item’s motor or winding fails due to a defect in material or workmanship during this period, we will repair or replace it free of charge.

Please keep in mind that our warranty excludes damage caused by misuse, abuse, accident, modification, improper installation, or unauthorised repair. The warranty also excludes normal wear and tear, as well as any damage that occurs after the warranty period has expired.

We will inspect the item upon receipt to determine whether the failure was due to a material or workmanship defect. If it is determined that the item failed due to a defect, we will repair or replace it at no cost to you.
