Warranty

All electrical air cooling fans purchased from Ark Fans are covered by a one-year limited warranty, subject to fair usage. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. The warranty period begins on the date of purchase.

To be eligible for warranty service, you must provide proof of purchase and the product must have been used according to its intended purpose and within the specified operating conditions. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, modification, or improper maintenance.

If you believe that your electrical air cooling fan is defective and covered by the warranty, please contact Ark Fans to initiate a warranty claim.
