Order Processing and Delivery
Place Your Order:
You can place your order on our website or by calling our customer service team. Please ensure that you provide accurate information about the product you want to purchase, the quantity, and your contact information.
After you place your order, one of our representatives will contact you within 24 hours to confirm the order. We will verify the details of your order, including the product, quantity, and delivery address. Once your order is confirmed, we will send you a confirmation message and email.
We will arrange for the delivery of your order through our trusted bilty and courier partners. Delivery time may vary depending on your location and the availability of the product. We will keep you informed throughout the delivery process and provide you with a tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment.
Once your order arrives at the designated location, we will inform you via email and/or message. Please bring your order confirmation email or message and a valid ID to the pickup location to collect your order.

We are aware that occasionally you might need to return an object. Within 15 days of the delivery date, you have the option to return the item if you’re not entirely happy with the purchase. Please be aware that shipping charges for returning the merchandise will be your responsibility.
Please get in touch with our customer service department by phone or email to start a refund. Depending on your choice, we will inspect the returned item after we receive it and either issue a refund or a voucher that can be applied to a future purchase. We will credit the money back to your bank account within 5-7 business days if you would prefer a refund.
Within 15 days of the delivery date, you have the option to exchange an item for a different one. Please be aware that both the shipment costs for returning the item and the shipping costs for redelivering the exchanged item will be covered by the customer.
Please call or write our customer service department to begin an exchange. After we receive the returned object, we will examine it and carry out your request for an exchange.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund policy within 15 days from the date of delivery. The customer will be responsible for paying the shipping cost to return the item. Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and issue a refund back to your bank account within 5-7 business days.
